Q. Are your finishes safe for children?
A. Yes, we use only nontoxic stains and finishes which are rated and approved for use on children's products. Water based products are used on all games and indoor pieces, but we do occasionally use a nontoxic oil based topcoat on some exterior pieces.

Q. Are your games safe for all ages?
A. No, some of the games contain small pieces which could present a choking hazard to children under the age of 3. Close adult supervision is required.

Q. How do I care for my pieces?
A. Clean the surface with a damp washcloth and wipe dry. Don't let moisture remain for long periods of time. Cleaners such as Pledge or Murphy's Oil Soap are not recommended as they leave a dull finish. Do not use household or window cleaners. Paste wax is not recommended due to build up and yellowing.

Q. Can you customize or personalize your pieces?
A. Yes, we can customize or personalize any of our products. Keep in mind that every effort will be made to accommodate requests for specific colors but due to the nature of wood we can't guarantee exact color matching. Pricing and availability for custom items will be provided upon request.

Q. Can you customize products with team names or logos?
A. No, Copyrighted material can't be used without written authorization.
